this loneliness inside, this dissatisfaction,

this agony, this rage,

this craving for love

and hatred for resistance… kind of!

Ah! when will I find peace?

Some wise words…

Have you ever encountered a situation where you try to help someone just out of a sheer  sense of humanity  and the person in front of you don’t appreciate you  efforts  and instead gives you a cold shoulder and on top of all that also insults you in their sweet sarcastic tone?

Yes, it happened to me and every time it happens  I get  out of control.Either I react too abrupt  and impulsive acting like an out-of-control-two-year-old or  I completely  ignore that person and pay no heed to his/her sarcasm.( the prior the more) . But today I wanna confess that,

IT HURTS… Yes, it hurts when you try to be nice to someone and in return  gets  the mind-your-own-business attitude. Maybe that person has no intention to hurt you. Maybe he/she never noticed that you felt it. Maybe you are good at hiding your feeling and pretending that I don’t care BUT let’s be real here… DEEP INSIDE WE CAREWE ALL DO.

So next time when you are not in a good mood please do not project your anger on someone who is innocent. Be in control of yourself and your anger. Be more rational and think before you act. Most of the time you don’t want to do it so  think about the  outcome. As Confucius said, ” Whenever anger rises, think of the consequences”.

AND, to the poor innocent person who faces all the anger for nothing please remember THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. Don’t be too quick to judge. Remember you don’t know what the person in front of you is going through.Be proactive and take charge of your own life rather than letting others influence it.Besides, why let someone else ruin your day for something you are not responsible for?

Stay cool, Stay happy and don’t forget,

Happiness, like unhappiness, is a proactive choice”.     –Stephen Covey
